I grew up as a competitive football player and mediocre motocross rider!
Fitness and Training Aside
I’m an avid Seattle Seahawks fan, and enjoy the occasional pint of Guinness
I used to be immersed in music. I taught drum lessons to a handful of kids when I was just 12 years old, and until recently, I’ve had the itch to pick up my drumsticks or guitar again
Outside the gym, I’m usually spending time with my girlfriend Jada, playing video games, reading, or golfing with my buddies!
Enough about me…. Let’s talk about you
My mission in creating Noonan Fitness is to give you the knowledge and confidence to create an active lifestyle, one that you can stick to year round, and hit your unique personal goals.
Fitness and training mean something different to everyone.
Whether your goal is to feel more comfortable in your clothes, have the energy to play ball with your grandkids, build some muscle and strength, or have less aches and pains…..
I’m here to guide you on your journey, helping you take the guesswork out of your workouts, and providing support where I can to help you in any way I can.
Who do I work with?
I work with the general population—everyday people who want to get stronger and feel better. This includes nurses, lawyers, shift workers, business owners, moms, dads, and everyone in between.
I also train older adults and youth athletes, helping them develop the skills and strength needed to excel on the field or continue doing the activities they love.
Here’s what to expect out of personal training:
Manage aches and pains, improve mobility, and have the energy to tackle everyday activities
Jeff’s nagging lower back issues, limited mobility and lack of energy made it difficult to do his everyday activities. Now he’s managed his back pain, can touch his toes and tackle all the chores around the house.
I aim to make the gym a fun and welcoming place to work on your personal goals of becoming stronger and healthier.
Allicia was a little hesitant to work with a male trainer due to past experiences in the gym. Now it’s safe to say the only thing Allicia’s worried about are our early 7am workouts! Allicia’s gotten much stronger and has felt the most consistent with her fitness in years, all the while feeling more comfortable in the gym, and in her clothes!
Make your weight loss goals attainable. Build the skills and habits necessary to get you there.
