“Before working with Noah, I had never strength trained before. I was a little worried I'd hurt myself (being new to it, but also having developed a chronic illness a couple years back). "Noah’s helped me identify meaningful, non-competition goals. Previously, I competed in weightlifting, but I was looking for a change up. I wanted to practice other strength movements and see another side to fitness.
Transitioning out of the competitive weightlifting track into a regular strength training program, I’ve been able to build a training program that supports my likes and dislikes, while getting stronger at the same time. I’ve even incorporated cardio and ab work! Learning how to properly use equipment that isn't usually part of a weightlifting program has helped add some tools in my tool box too.
