Private Personal Training

  • Sessions starting at $50 for 30 minute sessions and $70 for 1 hour sessions

  • My most exclusive service, work with me 1-on-1!

    Initially, after I send you a super quick intake form to have filled out, we'll sit down and chat about the goals you have. That includes your training and injury history, and any relevant lifestyle and nutrition information. Then we can get to tailoring a plan individualized to you.

    My goal isn't to annihilate you, nor is it to go super easy either. I want to meet you where you are at, and progressively build you up from there.

    Not to mention, being PN certified in nutrition allows me to help you navigate any nutrition struggles you may be facing. We'll discuss practical nutrition strategies to overcome these challenges, and get you building the skills needed to achieve your goals.

    Above all else, there's no judgement. No matter your starting point, if your goals are within my expertise, I'd love to help you see your goals come to fruition.

  • Novice to advanced, private personal training is open to all skill levels.

    Nutritional guidance is best suited to this service as well. Within our session we’ll discuss practical nutrition strategies so we arrive at solutions and tactics to overcome your challenges.

Semi-Private Personal Training

  • Sessions starting at $45/person

  • Like Private Personal Training, my semi-private approach allows for the same personalized workouts and coaching, but at a fraction of the cost, with a lot more flexibility.

    Training sessions will be with a small group (1-3 other clients). But this isn't a group fitness class where everyone is doing the same thing. You'll have your own individual program that you'll follow, unique to your goals and limitations.

    I cycle from person to person, adjusting technique, pushing you on sets, and giving feedback as needed.

    This intimate size allows you to get the same personalized coaching as you would in a traditional one-on-one setting, along with the chance to meet new people on the same journey as you.

    Because semi-private training is a fraction of the cost, you may opt to train more often, which means faster results for you!

  • Late beginners/ Intermediates

    This option is best for those of you that have been in the gym for 6+ months and are familiar with some of the exercises/various pieces of equipment in the gym.

    ***Semi-private sessions are reserved for training.

    If you’d like a more guided approach with your specific nutrition needs, I recommend private personal training or setting up an online consult.

Small Group Coaching

  • Sessions start as low as $20

  • Small Group Coaching was created so that my clients could have an affordable solution to building strength, lean muscle and increasing performance.

    We focus on lifting weights, building strength and improving your cariovascular health. Groups consists of 5-10 people, with myself making structured and adaptable monthly programs (I adjust to the individual as needed). I over-see every part of the program so it’s safe, effective, fun and challenging and you’ll never get bored – while building strength, muscle, and confidence week in and week out.

  • Beginners and anyone new to the gym. If you thrive off of being part of group, this is the option for you!

    If you have specific goals or have an extensive injury history that would require more individual attention, I would recommend private personal training.
